1) Height Requirements:
- For Males: The minimum needed height is 165 cm.
- For females: The recommended minimum height is 150 cm.
2) Requirements for Height Relaxation:
The minimum height criterion for candidates who belong to certain races and tribes, including Gorkhas, Garhwalis, Assamese, Kumaonis, Nagaland Tribals, and Scheduled Tribes (ST), has been reduced to 145 cm for women and 160 cm for men.
3) Needs for Chest Girth:
- Men must have a minimum chest circumference of 84 cm.
- Women must have a minimum chest circumference of 79 cm.
4) Standards for Visuals:
- Myopia (nearsightedness): Including the cylinder, the maximum permitted myopia is -4.00D.
- Hyper-myopia (farsightedness): It includes the cylinder; the highest permitted limit for hyper-myopia is +4.00D.
- Squint: Squinty candidates will not be accepted.
- Spectacles: If the visual acuity satisfies the requirements, wearing spectacles is permitted.
5) Remote Vision:
- Improved Eye or Corrected Vision: 6/6 or 6/9 should be the distance vision.
- Uncorrected vision or worse eyesight: 6/12 or 6/9 should be the distance vision.
- Near Vision: J1 and J2, respectively, ought to be the near vision.
